Tenndo ("we", "our", "us") is a curated marketplace of premium domain names. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tenndo.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to your inquiries and operate the site.
- Information you provide. When you submit the contact form (or otherwise email us), we receive your name, email address, the optional domain you're interested in, and the message you send.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our server logs your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This helps us keep the site secure and reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiries and offers.
- To send you a confirmation message after you submit the contact form.
- To prevent abuse and protect the site from spam and fraud.
- To improve the site's content and user experience.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing. We do not process payments — domain transactions are handled by the third-party marketplaces listed in section 4.
3. Cookies
Tenndo uses one essential cookie: a server session cookie that keeps the contact form's anti-forgery (CSRF) token valid while you fill it out. This cookie expires when you close your browser or after a short period of inactivity.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If we add any in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent requested where required.
4. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties:
- Resend — delivers the email notifications generated when you submit the contact form. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
- Domain marketplaces — when you click "Buy Now" on a domain card, you are taken to GoDaddy or Namecheap. Your interactions with those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
We share your contact details with these services only to the extent needed to deliver the email or complete a transaction you have initiated.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiries and offers for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of past correspondence. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at Contact@tenndo.com from the address you used when contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. International data transfers
Some of the third-party services we use (Resend, the marketplaces) may process data outside your country. By using the site you acknowledge that your information may be handled in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
8. Children
Tenndo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us, please let us know and we will delete the information.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us — encrypted connections (HTTPS), strong password hashing for the admin account, and limited access to data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period.
