1. About Tenndo
Tenndo is a curated portfolio of premium domain names — across .com, .ai, .io and other extensions — offered for sale by their owner. The Site lists available domains, recent sales, and provides a contact form for inquiries and offers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit an offer or contact us about purchasing a domain. By using the Site you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the admin area, or any of our systems.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the domain inventory or sales record for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or anything that could harm other users or impair the operation of the Site.
4. Domain inquiries and offers
Listings on the Site describe domain names that we currently offer for sale. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Offers submitted through the contact form are non-binding inquiries. A binding sale only forms when:
- You and Tenndo agree on a price and terms in writing, and
- You complete the transaction through one of the third-party marketplaces we use (GoDaddy or Namecheap), and
- Funds clear escrow and the domain is transferred to your registrar account.
5. Transfers and escrow
Domain transfers are completed through the chosen marketplace's escrow process. Your rights and obligations during the transfer (timing, fees, dispute resolution, cancellation) are governed by the marketplace's own terms. We are not a party to that process beyond delivering the domain on our side once the transaction is initiated.
6. No trademark or legal advice
Tenndo lists domain names that are, to our knowledge, available for sale. We do not guarantee that any specific domain is free of trademark conflicts in your country or industry. It is your responsibility to verify, before completing a purchase, that your intended use of the domain does not infringe a third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights. Nothing on the Site is legal advice.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, logo, and code are the property of Tenndo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires written permission.
The domain names listed for sale are inventory — once a sale completes, the domain is transferred to the buyer and Tenndo retains no rights over it.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenndo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenndo and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any domain purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tenndo (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tenndo and its owner harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable lawyer's fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your use of a domain you purchased through us.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tenndo is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
